Are you Happy now..?? or Sad…??

This blog is also trying to tell something to make your life happy….

We all may see the following quotes in Whatsapp status or in any other social media which reflects our feelings,

“I’m very happy today.”

“Feeling Blessed.”

“I’m lucky to have you.”

“You are my Life.”

And some more quotes to express that they are happy.

Also, we can see some status like…

“Expectations leads to sadness.”

“Selfie world.”

“Feeling Sad.”

“Depressed.”

“Its Hurting.”

“I’m alone.”

“No one is understanding my situation.”

“Don’t trust anyone.”

“Leave me alone.” Etc…

to express that they are not in Good Mood.

It is an Expression of Our Feelings,

Accounting to Science humans have 27 Different types of emotions. Some most commonly often used emotions are,

1. Happiness 2. Sadness 3. Fear

4. Disgust 5. Anger 6. Surprise

Our life is full of Feelings, all our activities depend upon what we feel. Emotions are basically divided into two types.

Positive Emotions

Negative Emotions

These feelings are part of our life.

DO THESE EMOTIONS MAKE AN IMPACT ON MY LIFE..?

Yes, Emotions plays a major role.

Positive emotions create a positive impact & Negative emotions create a Negative impact.

We can’t avoid Negative feelings, Even though it give a negative impact because it is a part of our life.

We might use the word “negative” to describe more difficult emotions, but it doesn’t mean those emotions are bad.

WHAT ARE POSITIVE EMOTIONS? AND HOW DOES IT MAKE AN IMPACT?

Position emotions are thought of happiness, joy, interest, curiosity, excitement, gratitude, love, and contentment. These positive emotions feel good.

It helps us take in more information, hold several ideas in mind at once.

To understand how different ideas relate to each other.

Positive emotions open us up to new possibilities,

It makes us learn more and build on our skills. That leads to doing better on tasks and tests.

People who have plenty of positive emotions in their everyday lives tend to be happier, healthier, learn better.

It also helps us to maintain good and long relationships with others.

WHAT ARE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS? AND HOW IT MAKES AN IMPACT?

Negative emotions Like sadness, anger, loneliness, jealousy, self-criticism, fear, or rejection can be difficult, even it’s more painful at times.

Emotions are basically linked with our brain, hormones. Hence it may affect our physical body too.

It affects our thoughts, behaviour, relationship.

Negative emotions create Chronic stress which reduces our lifespan.

Poor management of anger leads us to hypertension. (H.B.P)

It can also have the biggest negative impact on relationships.

But some Negative feelings act like antibiotics to save us from hard times.

Most of the time we don’t have a problem with positive emotions, but Negative emotions create a negative impact.

WHY DO WE SUFFER FROM THESE NEGATIVE FEELINGS..?

As I said before we can’t overcome fully Negative emotions but we can control it. It will happen only when understanding the reason for our negative feelings.

Here let me give some common reasons for negative emotions.

If you do not get what you want.

If someone doesn’t behave the way you want.

Feel bad about one own mistake.

when multiple efforts to achieve something do not bring the desired results.

Expressing dissatisfaction with ourselves.

B.N: Sexual feelings or thoughts are not negative.

WHAT ARE YOUR NEGATIVE FEELINGS..?

Everybody is weekend some negative emotions, let’s try to identify what is our negative emotion, and find the reason to overcome them.

SOMETHING IMPORTANT

We are all God’s Beautiful and unique Creation, let’s not compare ourselves with others in any possibilities. We may have some Negative feelings because of our uniqueness or our lifestyle. That is not actually a negative feeling. We think that as like that. Fight against your inferiority complex and prove yourself.

SUGGESTION:

Its help people who are suffering from Negative emotions. We can find real kind-hearted persons only when we are suffering. Let’s identity ourselves with people who are suffering.

Let’s try not to update Negative feelings as a public status.
